This Privacy Policy applies to CareerPathNavigatorAI, a product of Scripthonix Solutions Private Limited ("Scripthonix", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A130, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301.
This Policy governs the collection and use of personal data on careerpathnavigatorai.com only.
What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service. What we collect depends on how you interact with us.
All users and waitlist

Campus Ambassadors only
The following additional data is collected exclusively from students who participate in the CareerPathNavigatorAI Campus Ambassador Programme. It is not collected from regular users of the trial or paid product.

Ambassador financial data is collected only at the point of payout via a secure Google Form or email. It is treated as sensitive financial data, used solely for the purpose of processing the payout and fulfilling statutory obligations, and is not used for any other purpose.
Institute Partners
Colleges, universities, and corporate organisations may apply to become Institute Partners. The following data is collected from the institute contact at the time of application.

Institute partner data is used solely to manage the partnership and issue discount codes. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
When a student uses an institute discount code, Scripthonix may share that student’s name, email address, year of study, and branch with the institute that issued the code. This is at Scripthonix’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed to every institute partner. Where shared, it is used solely for tracking programme uptake within the institution. Use of the code constitutes the student’s consent to this potential sharing. Students who do not wish their data shared may pay full price or use a different discount code.
WhatsApp and Telegram groups
We operate WhatsApp and Telegram groups for community communication with students, parents, and other interested individuals. Joining either channel is entirely voluntary and is not required to access any feature of CareerPathNavigatorAI.
When you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number is visible to all members of that group. We have no control over who else may be in the group at any given time. Telegram does not expose your phone number to other members by default. If you are not comfortable with your number being visible to others, we recommend joining via Telegram instead.
You can leave either channel at any time. Leaving a group does not affect your access to CareerPathNavigatorAI.
If you join our waitlist or ambassador programme via Google Form, submissions are also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to generate your career path report, deliver it to your account, and communicate with you about the product and related offerings from Scripthonix that may be relevant to you.
If you have provided your mobile number, we may communicate with you via WhatsApp or Telegram for pre-launch updates, community announcements, and product-related communications. You can opt out of these communications at any time by writing to contact@scripthonix.com or leaving the respective group.
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for third-party advertising. Your assessment responses are stored linked to your account — we do not use individual responses for advertising purposes.
If you have provided your mobile number and joined a WhatsApp or Telegram group, we may use that channel for community updates, pre-launch communication, and product-related announcements. You can opt out at any time by leaving the group.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store, access, or process any card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. All payment data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

Retention periods are maximums, not minimums. We delete or anonymise data as soon as it is no longer needed, and we will always act on a valid deletion request promptly, subject to statutory obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — pages visited, time spent, and general geographic data. This helps us improve the product experience.
We do not use cookies for behavioural tracking, remarketing, or targeted advertising.
Security
Your data is stored on secured third-party servers, primarily located in India. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your data, please contact us immediately at contact@scripthonix.com.
AI-Generated Outputs
CareerPathNavigatorAI uses a combination of proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to process your assessment responses and generate your career report. The AI analyses your inputs across multiple dimensions to produce personalised, scored output.
Please refer to our Terms of Service for full disclaimers on the nature and limitations of AI-generated outputs, including the point-in-time nature of the report and the effect of input quality on output quality.
Campus Ambassador Programme
The Campus Ambassador Programme is an optional programme open to eligible students who choose to represent CareerPathNavigatorAI at their institution. Participation is voluntary and separate from your use of the trial or paid product.
Financial data
PAN numbers and bank or UPI details are collected solely at the point of payout. This data is:
- Collected via a secure Google Form or email, only when a payout is due
- Used exclusively to process your payout and meet tax and statutory obligations under Indian law
- Not shared with any third party except as required to process the payment or comply with applicable law
- Not used for any marketing, profiling, or product-related purpose
- Retained for up to 8 years from the date of payout as required under Indian accounting and tax law, and deleted as soon as the statutory obligation no longer applies
Your rights as an ambassador
All rights described in the Your Rights section of this Policy apply equally to ambassador data. You may request access to or deletion of your financial data by writing to contact@scripthonix.com, subject to any statutory retention obligations that prevent deletion.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@scripthonix.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
As noted above, this tool is intended for users in India. If you are based outside India and have concerns about how your data is handled under your local laws, we recommend refraining from use.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of CareerPathNavigatorAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
