CareerPathNavigatorAI is a product of Scripthonix Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A130, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301. These Terms govern your use of careerpathnavigatorai.com and all associated services.
Who This Is For
CareerPathNavigatorAI is designed exclusively for:
- Students enrolled in B.Tech or B.E. programmes at recognised institutions in India
- Individuals aged 18 years or above
By accepting these Terms, you confirm you meet both criteria. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete their data.
What the Tool Does
- Phase 1 (Free): Answer the first 20 questions and receive a partial profile — a directional read on your career alignment. No payment required.
- Phase 2 (Paid Unlock): Pay a one-time fee to unlock 30+ additional questions and receive your full personalised report, including Career Alignment Index, three exploration tracks, readiness overview, and mentor questions.
Your assessment responses and generated report are stored linked to your account. Your report remains accessible in your account for up to 6 months from the date it was first generated. After this period, your report may no longer be accessible via your account. If you wish to retain a copy, we recommend saving or downloading it within this period.

CareerPathNavigatorAI is a self-reflection and exploration tool. It is not a substitute for professional career counselling, academic advising, or mentorship.
Reports are generated using a combination of proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence based on your assessment responses. Outputs are directional and probabilistic — they may not account for all factors relevant to your individual circumstances.
The report is not a guarantee of any career outcome. Any decisions you make based on your report are taken at your own risk. We recommend using this report as one input among several — alongside conversations with mentors and professionals who know your specific context.
The quality of this report depends directly on the quality of your answers. Responses that reflect what you think is expected — rather than what is actually true for you — will produce suggestions that do not fit your situation. Scripthonix is not responsible for the accuracy or usefulness of a report where the inputs provided were incomplete, inaccurate, or not genuine.
This report reflects your profile as it exists at the time you complete the assessment. Your interests, circumstances, and capabilities may change, and the suggestions in this report should be treated as directional for this point in time, not as a definitive or permanent read of your career fit. The report is not updated automatically if your situation changes.
Career path suggestions are based on observed patterns at the time the report is generated. Market conditions, industry demand, and the relevance of specific paths change over time. Scripthonix does not warrant that the paths or directions suggested will remain relevant or viable at any future point.
Payment and Refund Policy
Phase 1 is free. No payment is required to access the first 20 questions and partial profile.
Phase 2 requires a one-time payment processed through Razorpay. The fee will be displayed clearly before payment is initiated. Scripthonix does not store your card or banking details — these are handled by Razorpay under their own Privacy Policy.
Your Data and Assessment Responses
Your assessment responses and generated report are stored and linked to your account. Your report remains accessible for up to 6 months from the date it was first generated. After this period, your report may no longer be accessible via your account.
If you use an institute discount code at the payment step, your name, email address, year of study, and branch may be shared with the institute that issued the code, as described in the Institute Partners section and our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to contact@scripthonix.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to statutory retention obligations. For full details on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on careerpathnavigatorai.com — including assessment questions, scoring methodology, proprietary algorithms, report format, and software — is the intellectual property of Scripthonix Solutions Private Limited. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform and your report for your own career exploration only. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, or share the report for commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Scripthonix arising from your use of CareerPathNavigatorAI shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to unlock the full one-time report. If you used only the trial partial profile and paid nothing, our liability is nil.
Scripthonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of educational or employment opportunity arising from reliance on your report. We are not liable for outcomes that flow indirectly from using the tool — for example, a career decision you made based on your report, time spent preparing for a path the report suggested, or an opportunity that did not work out. The report is a structured input to your thinking, not a promise of any result.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — such as your right to a refund if the service was never delivered due to a failure on our end.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If unresolved, they shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), before a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of CareerPathNavigatorAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@scripthonix.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Scripthonix shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your own actions or omissions. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or allow others to access the platform under your account.
Third-Party Services
Our platforms integrate or depend on third-party services including Razorpay (payment processing), Google (Analytics, Forms), WhatsApp and Telegram (community communication for students, parents, and other interested individuals), and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Scripthonix is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or conduct of any third-party service.
When you join a WhatsApp group operated by CareerPathNavigatorAI, your phone number is visible to all members of that group. We have no control over who else may be in the group. Telegram does not expose your phone number to other members by default. Joining either channel is voluntary and not required for product access. You may leave at any time without affecting your access to CareerPathNavigatorAI.
We do not endorse any third-party service by virtue of integrating with it, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on any third-party service, including payment failures, data loss, or service outages caused by third-party providers.
Campus Ambassador Programme
The Campus Ambassador Programme ("Programme") is an optional programme through which eligible students may represent CareerPathNavigatorAI at their institution in exchange for defined benefits or compensation. Participation is voluntary and entirely separate from your use of the trial or paid product — you are not required to participate to access any feature of CareerPathNavigatorAI.
Eligibility and enrolment
Eligibility criteria, responsibilities, and benefits of the Programme will be communicated to applicants at the time of invitation or application. Enrolment in the Programme is at Scripthonix's sole discretion and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and Scripthonix.
Ambassador obligations
As an ambassador, you agree to:
- Represent CareerPathNavigatorAI honestly and accurately, consistent with our published product descriptions
- Not make any representations, warranties, or promises about the product that go beyond what is stated in our official materials
- Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or high-pressure promotional conduct
- Disclose your ambassador status when promoting the product to peers
- Comply with applicable law, including regulations on endorsements and advertising
Payouts and financial data
Where the Programme includes monetary compensation, payouts will be processed upon completion of agreed deliverables and verification of eligibility. At the point of payout, you will be asked to provide your PAN number and bank account or UPI details via a secure Google Form or email. This information is collected solely to process your payout and meet statutory obligations under Indian law.
Payouts are subject to applicable tax deductions (TDS) as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961. It is your responsibility to ensure the financial details you provide are accurate. Scripthonix is not liable for failed or delayed payouts resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Termination from the Programme
Scripthonix may remove you from the Programme at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that misrepresents the product, or for any other reason at our discretion. Removal from the Programme does not affect your access to CareerPathNavigatorAI as a regular user, unless you have also breached the general Terms of Service.
No employment relationship
Participation in the Programme does not constitute employment, internship, or any form of labour relationship with Scripthonix. Ambassadors are independent participants and are not entitled to any employment benefits, provident fund contributions, or statutory entitlements beyond the payout described in the Programme terms.
Institute Partners
Colleges, universities, and corporate organisations can apply to become Institute Partners of CareerPathNavigatorAI. Upon approval, institute partners receive a discount code that students can use at the payment step to access the report at a discounted price. The discount amount is determined at Scripthonix's discretion and may vary by partner.
Application data collected includes organisation name, contact name, email, phone, and city. This data is used solely to manage the partnership and is not shared with third parties.
Institute contacts agree to these Terms of Service and the CareerPathNavigatorAI Privacy Policy at the time of application. The application review process, approval criteria, and discount terms are at Scripthonix's sole discretion and may change at any time without notice. Scripthonix reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke institute partnerships at any time without providing a reason.
When a student uses an institute discount code at the payment step, Scripthonix may, at its sole discretion, share that student’s name, email address, year of study, and branch with the institute that issued the code, for the purpose of tracking programme uptake within that institution. Whether data is shared with a specific institute is determined by Scripthonix and depends on the terms of that partnership. Use of an institute discount code constitutes the student’s consent to this potential sharing. Students who do not wish their data to be shared with the institute may pay the full price or use a different discount code if available.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scripthonix Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of our platforms or services in violation of these Terms
- Any content you post, share, or transmit through our platforms, including on FoundersNagri forums or WhatsApp groups
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
- Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide to us
- Any dispute between you and another user or third party arising from your use of our platforms
- Any promotional or marketing activity you conduct as a Campus Ambassador that misrepresents the product, makes unauthorised claims, or causes loss or harm to a third party
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your account or membership, your cessation of use of our services, and the termination or conclusion of your participation in the Campus Ambassador Programme.
Force Majeure
Scripthonix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, fires, earthquakes, or extreme weather events
- War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Failures or outages of third-party infrastructure, including cloud hosting providers (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or similar), internet service providers, content delivery networks, or data centres
- Failures of third-party services we depend on, including payment processors (Razorpay), communication platforms (WhatsApp), or analytics providers
- Cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious interference with our systems
- Power outages, telecommunications failures, or internet disruptions
- Changes in applicable law or government regulation that prevent or restrict our ability to deliver services
In such circumstances, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resume services as soon as practicable. Force majeure events do not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid unless we are unable to deliver the service at all.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by any such finding. The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of these Terms.
Waiver
No failure or delay by Scripthonix in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any further or future exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scripthonix with respect to your use of our platforms and services. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
For consulting clients, these Terms govern your use of this website and initial enquiries only. Any consulting engagement is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement executed between the parties, which shall prevail over these Terms in the event of any conflict.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms, including your membership, account, or any benefits associated therewith, without the prior written consent of Scripthonix. Any purported assignment in violation of this clause shall be null and void.
Scripthonix may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, without your consent. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such assignment that materially affects your rights.
